In case of payments made through Paypal this may take some time as as the payment is not automatic and we have to wait for Paypal to confirm  your payment. Please make sure that you download the item within 24 hours after your order is completed because you may not be able to access the link after the stipulated time. For security reasons we do not allow downloading of the same book more than once. If you have any problem downloading the eBooks or if your link has expired, please contact us through the member's area specifying the order number and we will promptly arrange for a fresh download or we will email you a copy of the same. Your satisfaction is our goal. Although as a policy we do not accept returns on digital downloads, if you do not like the digital download for any reason, please let us know through the member's area and  we will give you store credit. No questions asked and you can keep the eBook you purchased from us. This provision is limited to the eBooks offered from this site.
