Making the purchase

Using the shopping cart

PureLifeVision.com uses a "shopping cart," which works like any other shopping cart you might have seen in a regular retail or online store. The shopping cart is very intuitive and remembers what you have added or removed from it before the check out. You can add any item that is available in the store by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button and view the contents of your cart anytime by using the "View Cart" link available on each  page in the topmost menu. Once you are done with your selection, you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button and enter the payment area.

Adding or Removing Items

You can add or remove items from the shopping cart anytime before you checkout. You can also add or remove items from your cart by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button available in the "View Cart" screen.  Once you select an item and add it to your cart, it will remain in the cart till you manually remove it. If you are a regular visitor to the site and  login, our system remembers your identity and your cart details for a period of up to 30 days. The shopping cart will not work as intended if you disable cookies in  your browser or use some very old legacy browsers. You will also not be able to make any payments and we may not be able to fulfill the orders for which you might have made payments.

If you are viewing the list of items in your shopping cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button to find more merchandise. There are two ways to remove items from your shopping cart. Begin by clicking the "View Cart" button in the navigation menu. Check the selection box next to the items you want to remove, then click the "Remove Selected" button. Another way to remove items is to change the quantity to zero, and then click the "Update Quantities" button.

Placing the order

Once you make the selection, please use the "checkout" or "proceed to checkout" buttons to go to the checkout area. In the checkout you have the option to checkout as a guest, register an account or login into an existing account which you might have registered during one of your previous visits to the site. If you opt for guest membership, we won't store any information about you, but you have to provide information such as your name and address each time you place an order. If you opt for registering as a member, you won't have to provide this information nexttime you place an order. You can login to your existing account and proceed with the payment. 

We recommend you to sign as a registered member because registered members have the option to use express checkout which will save you time during your future visits. Besides, as a registered member, you may also take advantage of our regular offers, coupon codes, store credits and other services which we may provide and also verify the status of your orders by login into your account. Once you set up your account, you can avail many benefits such as viewing your account information, expeditng your checkout process, creating and maintaining your Address Book, checking your order history, saving items to your Wish List and sharing them with others. During the registration process, we suggest that you provide accurate information about your address and other details, so that we can serve you well and you can receive your order well in time. We also recommend that you use strong passwords to protect the integrity of your account. Once you login as a registered user, you can view your past orders in the View order status screens. By clicking the Re-order button that displays, you can immediately place the same order again.

Email Communication

Upon completion of registration process, you will receive automatic email confirmation from us thanking you for creating an account and placing the order. Please preserve this email safely since it contains useful information such as your email address and password which you require to login to  your account to check the order status. You will also receive another email which provides information about the order you have placed and your billing and shipping address.

Order Cancellations

To provide efficient and timely customer service, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

Changes to Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing correct billing and shipping information at the time of placing the order. Once the packages are shipped to the address given by the customer, we do not accept any request to change the shipping address or redirect it to another address. We will not provide any assistance to intercept, recall or redirect the packages or arrange for their storage or upkeep. Customers are solely responsible to provide correct billing and shipping address while placing the order/s and make sure that they receive the packages at the designated address when they arrive. We are not responsible for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, and no refunds will be made on such items, unless we made an error.

Missing Packages

We are not responsible for any missing packages or cases of non-delivery where the tracking information shows clearly delivery confirmation or proof of delivery. Please keep track of the package and make sure that you take the delivery when it arrives. We make every possible precaution to make sure that the orders are sent through reputed carriers with tracking information. We will send tracking information immediately upon receiving it so that customers may track the progress of their packages. It is customers’ responsibility to ensure that they track the package on a regular basis and receive then when they are brought by the carrier’s representative to the shipping address provided. If they are not going to be at the designated address, they should make alternative arrangements to receive the same and let the carriers know by contacting them in advance. We explicitly state that we are not responsible for missing packages and cases of non-delivery where the tracking information/ delivery confirmation shows clearly that the item/s ordered have been delivered at the designated address. If customers’ think the carriers have made a mistake and did not deliver the package, they have the obligation to lodge an official complaint with the carriers and do everything within their capacity to preserve evidence and our recovery rights against the carriers and assist us to take initiate appropriate action. If these guidelines are not followed, we have the option to refuse any claim for compensation or chargebacks.

Order fulfillment

Payments

All prices are in US funds. Presently our shipments are restricted for addresses within the United States only and certain designated countries, in which case we provide you with an option to select a country of your choice. To place the orders, customers have the option to make your payments through Paypal and Google Checkout, for which you may require to open accounts with them.

Accessing your Account

If you are a registered member you can access your account at anytime using your username and password using the links "My Account" "Sign in or Create an Account" available on the top of every page. If you have forgotten your password or username you can reset the same by using the "Forgot Your Password" link available in the login page. Once you login in your account section you can view messages, order status, completed orders, return requests, your address book and account details. You can also update your password or email.

Your Order Status

You can check your order status in the My Accounts section. Click "My Account" or "Order Status" from the top of any page, then enter your email address and password. You'll then see the order history and status of your recent orders.

During the order fulfillment you will receive emails from us regularly specifying the status of your shipment and when the item has been actually shipped or the order has been fulfilled.

How Digital Downloads work

Due to the limitations we have in storing the digital products, some digital items will be available for immediate download, while others will be made available through alternative links and storage sites. We have done this to ensure that services from our main shopping site are not disrupted by frequent downloads and excess load. Where the products are not available for immediate download, we will display them prominently with appropriate information, so that you will know that they are not for immediate download.

Where the products are available for immediate download, you will be able to see the download link/s on the site as well as in the email notification/s we send, right after your payment is processed and approved by our payment gateway. In addition, you will also receive an email notification,  which will contain the link/s to download the product/s. Just click on the link you receive and your download should begin immediately.

Where your product is not available for immediate download, we request you to give us time to arrange for the links. We will send you an email, within a few hours from the time your payment is approved, with detailed information as to how to download the products. We assure you that all the products that you download from our site are safe and clean.

With regard to all digital downloads you purchase from our iste, there is a restriction on how many times you can download them and in what timeframe. You can download them only once and within 24 hours from the time the links are provided to you. After that the links will be disabled and you will not be able to download any. However, for some reason you have not downloaded them, please send us an email and we will try to assist you. When you send the email, please make sure that you mention the order number and date of purchase.
