Wherever we have specified the return policy in the product details page, please read our return policy in conjunction with the same. Please make sure that you understood our return policy clearly, before returning any item. If return policy is not specified anywhere, it may either mean that returns are not accepted on such items. Returns are not accepted on any custom made items or on items made especially according to your specification.
Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned. Returns are not allowed on items such as digital downloads or DVDs, healthcare items, makeup and beauty products unless you have received them in damaged condition. For other items, please check the return policy in the links provided here and in the main menu above.
Please note that depending upon the requirements and convenience we may ship our products from different places and suppliers. It is therefore necessary that you contact us, and obtain our prior authorization and return shipping address before returning any item. All returns must be in saleable condition and returned in their original packing, in new condition, and with the original packing materials. You should also indicate the reason for return on a copy of the packing slip and include it with the returned items(s) to ensure proper credit to your credit card. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please indicate your order number and the reason for return on a separate piece of paper and include it in with the returned item(s).
Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items, unless the return was due to our fault, that is, only if we have shipped you a wrong product or a defective product. If you have received a defective product, please make sure that you document the damage correctly, preserve the packing, take a picture of the item in the condition it was received. You may also have to file a claim with the carriers to preserve our recovery rights or those of our suppliers or their affiliates. If your return is accepted, you may get either a store credit or an actual refund, according to your choice. For purchases made using gift certificates, you will only receive store credit.

To provide efficient and timely customer service, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.
Customers are advised to provide correct billing and shipping information at the time of placing the order. Once an order is placed, we do not accept any request to change the shipping address or redirect the packages to another address. Customers are solely responsible to receive the packages at the designated address when they arrive. We will not accept any claims for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, and we will not issue any refunds on such items, unless we made an error.
Since our products are shipped from various destinations, the return address may vary depending upon the product and from where it is shipped. Please send your enquires using our contact form link from the horizontal menu to ascertain the return address and also to obtain return authorization.
Please login to the member's area and look for the completed orders link in the right column. Click on it and select the link "Return Item(s)". Fill in the form with necessary details and send it to us. We will respond to you within 24 hours from the time we receive your email and provide with necessary information to make the return.
Pure Life Vision recommends you use UPS or Insure Parcel Post for your return shipment.
Filing Claims Against Carriers
When items are received in damaged condition, you may have to file a claim against the carriers to preserve our recovery right or those of our suppliers or their affiliates. When you receive any item in damaged condition, please preserve the original packing, packing labels and contact us for further guidelines.
We are not responsible for any missing packages or cases of non-delivery where the tracking information shows clearly delivery confirmation or proof of delivery. Please keep track of the package and make sure that you take the delivery when it arrives. We make every possible precaution to make sure that the orders are sent through reputed carriers with tracking information. We will send tracking information immediately upon receiving it so that customers may track the progress of their packages. It is customers’ responsibility to ensure that they track the package on a regular basis and receive then when they are brought by the carrier’s representative to the shipping address provided. If they are not going to be at the designated address, they should make alternative arrangements to receive the same and let the carriers know by contacting them in advance. We explicitly state that we are not responsible for missing packages and cases of non-delivery where the tracking information/ delivery confirmation shows clearly that the item/s ordered have been delivered at the designated address. If customers’ think the carriers have made a mistake and did not deliver the package, they have the obligation to lodge an official complaint with the carriers and do everything within their capacity to preserve evidence and our recovery rights against the carriers and assist us to take initiate appropriate action. If these guidelines are not followed, we have the option to refuse all claim for compensation or chargebacks.
If the return of your item(s) is a result of our error, Pure Life Vision will arrange and pay for return shipping charges. Please send an email to returns@purelifevision.com to report a return of product due to our error and to receive special shipping instructions. The shipping charges for all other returns shall be paid for by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated differently elsewhere, your return will be refunded to the same payment gateway through you which you made the payment. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be credited into your account. Please keep a copy of your original order or order number until proper credit has been applied. Once we have processed your returned item(s) and refunded the amount, we will notify you via e-mail. Items purchased using gift cards will only receive store credit.
Returns are not allowed for all digital and downloadable products. In case you receive a damaged product in this category due to our fault, we will replace the same at our cost.
