International Shipments

Currently we do not ship our products outside the USA. Please make sure that you will not choose any destination outside the USA even if our system calcuates the shipping rates, becuase you will not only not get the products you ordered but you may also incurr some fee towards the credit card charges and transaction fees.

Shipping Options

For your convenience, we ship your merchandise in a method that works best for you. PureLifeVision.com reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. We do not maintain large inventories. In most cases we have arrangement with our suppliers to ship the products directly to you from their warehouses. Therefore, some orders may take 1 - 3 business days to process. We are responsible for the packing and delivery. But neither PureLifeVision.com nor the carrier nor our suppliers are responsible for any packages after they are delivered at the designated delivery and where we have a clear proof of delivery or delivery confirmation.

To keep the costs low, we may keep changing our shipping options and methods that are available to ship our products. Depending upon what works best for you, we may offer both standard and expedited shipping options and also flat rare or free shipping options. If you order more than one item, shipping costs are calculated based on each item you have added to the cart and the shipping option you have selected for each. Depending upon your shipping address and the options you avail, delivery times may vary from a few days to a few weeks. Certain products may not ship to post boxes. Please check the product informaiton before placing the order. You have the option to select your shipping method before the checkout or during the checkout before entering your payment details. Where you have the choice to choose a shipping option from the UPS or the USPS, the rates are real time. The most common shipping methods we offer are mentioned below.

Bath and Body Products

For health reasons bath and body products, skincare and haircare items such as shampoos, creams, body lotions and gels are not readily stored in the warehouse. Therefore they may take minimum upto five business days to ship. Other fragrance products usually ship within 24-48 hours.

Free Shipping

From time to time we may also offer Free Shipping on certain items on special occasions.

Order Tacking

You will receive confirmation immediately after your order is shipped and depending upon the shipping method you have selected you may receive tracking number.
