We accept returns on unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip, if they are returned within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
All returns must be shipped back to the address we provide using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by us or our supplier and where tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
Damaged Merchandise:
Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", no refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
