All Top of the World Brand sales are final and are therefore non-refundable. Credit will only be issued for defective or damaged merchandise and for products shipped to you in error by us or our suppliers. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Damaged or defective products will be replaced with new products after the damaged goods are returned to us.
