Limitation of Liability

EVEN IF NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF SUCH POSSIBILITY) OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS.
2. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO LOSS OR DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF:
(I) ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY OR EXISTENCE OF
ANY ADVERTISING, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND

(II) ANY CHANGES WHICH PureLifeVision.com MAY MAKE TO THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY
PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY CESSATION IN THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES (OR ANY FEATURES
WITHIN THE SERVICES);
(III) THE DELETION OF, CORRUPTION OF, OR FAILURE TO STORE, ANY CONTENT AND OTHER
COMMUNICATIONS DATA MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES;
(III) YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE PureLifeVision.com WITH ACCURATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION;
(IV) YOUR FAILURE TO KEEP YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT DETAILS SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL;
THE LIMITATIONS ON PureLifeVision.com’S LIABILITY TO YOU SPECIFIED HEREIN UNDER "THE
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY" SHALL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT PureLifeVision.com HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES
ARISING.
Remedies.
The sole and exclusive remedy of any party against PureLifeVision.com by reason
of a breach or default by PureLifeVision.com of any of its obligations shall be a
return of any fees which have been paid to PureLifeVision.com by such party.
Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive
laws of the United States and the laws of the state of OHIO, without regard to its
conflict and laws provisions. You and PureLifeVision.com agree to submit the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located within the city of Columbus, Ohio, to resolve
any legal matters arising from the Terms and any action shall be initiated and maintained
exclusively in a forum of competent jurisdiction in Columbus, Ohio. Notwithstanding
this, you agree that PureLifeVision.com shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive
remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
